3.                  Approve the minutes of the meeting of Wednesday, March 25, 2015.

 

4.         Discussion and possible action for approval of the following Metro Parking Contract with the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority. Requested by Keith Monroe, Director, Metro Parking Garage. (Document Received)

 

Contract No. 1738 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Chad Golden.

 

5.         Discussion and possible action for approval of Lease Agreement between the Oklahoma Public Buildings Authority and the following for lease of space in the Investor s Capital Building, 217 North Harvey Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.   Requested by Keith Monroe, Director, Facilities Management, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.  (Document Received)

 

Shelby Dooley, dba Bombshell Bail Bonds, for the lease of approximately 326 sq. ft., 1st floor, Suite No. 107 for the sum of $298.56 per month, commencing April 8, 2015, and ending June 30, 2015. (Document Received)

 

Edward Oliver, Attorney at Law, for the lease of approximately 814 sq. ft. on 1st floor, Suite No. 105, for the sum of $745.48 per month, commencing April 8, 2015, and ending June 30, 2015. (Document Received)

 

6.         Approve all claims, list available for inspection in the office of the County Clerk, Room 201.  (Document Received)

 

7.         Citizen participation:  Any citizen wishing to address the Public Buildings Authority may do so at this time.
